How to Add Your First Business

Adding your business to RatingFlow is the first step to collecting more Google reviews. Here's how to do it.

Step 1: Click Add Business

From your dashboard, click the blue 'Add Business' button in the sidebar. This will open the business setup form.

Step 2: Search or Enter Manually

You have two options to add your business information:

Option 1 - Auto-fill: Use the search box to find your business on Google. When you select your business from the search results, RatingFlow will automatically fill in your business name and Google Business URL. This is the easiest and fastest method.

Option 2 - Manual Entry: If you prefer, you can manually enter your business details. You'll need to provide your business name and Google Business Profile URL.

Step 3: Add Your Google Business URL

This is the most important field. Your Google Business URL is where customers will be sent to leave public reviews. To find this URL, search for your business on Google Maps, click on your business listing, and copy the URL from your browser's address bar. It should look something like: https://www.google.com/maps/place/...

Paste this URL into the 'Google Business URL' field in RatingFlow.

Step 4: Create Custom URL Slug (Optional)

You can create a custom short link for your review page. For example, if your business is called Joe's Coffee Shop, you might use 'joes-coffee' as your slug. This creates a review link like: gglr.me/joes-coffee. If you leave this blank, RatingFlow will generate a random unique link for you.

Step 5: Save and Activate

Click the 'Create Business' button to save your business. Your review funnel is now active! You can immediately start sharing your review link with customers. The funnel toggle at the top of your business page shows whether your funnel is active (green) or paused (gray).

Note: Your subscription includes 1 business by default. If you need to manage multiple businesses, you can purchase additional seats from the Billing page at $47 per location.
