Welcome to RatingFlow! This guide will help you get started in just 5 minutes.

RatingFlow is a smart review funnel that helps you get more 5-star Google reviews while filtering out negative feedback before it becomes public. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Add Your Business

Click the 'Add Business' button in your dashboard. You can either search for your business on Google to auto-fill the details, or enter your business information manually. Make sure to paste your Google Business Profile URL so customers can be redirected to leave reviews.

Step 2: Customize Your Funnel

Go to the Customize section to personalize your review page. You can change colors to match your brand, customize the welcome message, and adjust the rating threshold. We recommend setting it to 4 stars, which means customers who give 4-5 stars will be sent to Google, while 1-3 star ratings stay private.

Step 3: Get Your QR Code

Visit the QR Code section to generate your unique QR code. You can download it as a PNG or SVG file. Print it on receipts, table tents, business cards, or anywhere customers can easily scan it.

Step 4: Share Your Link

Your review link is available in your dashboard. Copy it and share it via text message, email, or add it to your email signature. The more places you share it, the more reviews you'll collect.

Step 5: Monitor Your Reviews

Check your Analytics dashboard to see how many people are visiting your review page, what ratings they're giving, and how many are being sent to Google. You'll also see private feedback from unhappy customers in the Reviews section, giving you a chance to make things right before they leave a public review.
