Understanding Your Dashboard
Your RatingFlow dashboard is your central hub for managing all your businesses and tracking your review performance. Let's walk through what each section means.
Main Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see the main dashboard which shows a summary across all your businesses. At the top, you'll see three key metrics: Total Reviews (how many reviews you've collected), Average Rating (your overall rating across all reviews), and Seats Used (how many of your available business slots you're using).
Your Businesses Section
Below the overview, you'll see cards for each of your businesses. Each card displays the business name, status (active or paused), review link, and quick stats including number of reviews, visits, and average rating. Click the 'Manage' button to dive into that specific business's details and settings.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar contains all your navigation options. At the top is the business selector where you can switch between different businesses you manage. Below that are the main sections:
Overview: Shows a snapshot of the selected business's performance with recent reviews and key metrics.
Analytics: Displays detailed charts and graphs showing visits over time, device breakdown, traffic sources, and click rates.
Reviews: Lists all reviews with filters to sort by rating type. You can export reviews to CSV here.
QR Code: Generate and download QR codes for your review funnel in different sizes and formats.
Customize: Personalize your funnel's appearance, behavior, and custom form fields.
Integrations: Connect third-party tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and webhooks.
Notifications: Manage how and when you receive alerts about new reviews.
Settings: Update business information, pause or delete the funnel, and manage advanced settings.
Account Menu
At the bottom of the sidebar, under the ACCOUNT section, you'll find links to your overall account dashboard, billing and subscription management, and this help center.
Take a few minutes to explore each section to familiarize yourself with where everything is located. This will help you manage your reviews more efficiently.
