Unlimited review collection with no caps on how many reviews you can receive. Lifetime access with no expiration date. Free updates and improvements to the platform.

This single payment gives you everything you need to start collecting reviews for one business.

What is a Business Seat?

A business seat represents one business, location, or brand you want to manage in RatingFlow. Each seat gets its own:

Unique review page with custom branding and settings. Separate QR codes and review links. Individual analytics and review data. Custom Google Business Profile integration. Independent customization options for colors, messages, and forms.

If you have multiple locations, franchises, or brands, each one needs its own business seat. For example, if you own three restaurant locations, you would need three business seats to manage reviews for all three separately.

Additional Business Seats

If you need to manage more than one business, you can purchase additional seats at any time. The price for each additional seat is $47 as a one-time payment.

Like your initial purchase, additional seats are one-time payments with lifetime access. Once you add a seat, you can use it forever without recurring charges.

You can add business seats one at a time as you need them, or purchase multiple seats at once. There's no requirement to buy a specific number upfront.

Volume Discounts

RatingFlow offers volume discounts when you purchase multiple business seats. The more seats you buy, the lower the per-seat price:

5 to 9 seats: 10 percent discount on additional seats. 10 to 14 seats: 15 percent discount on additional seats. 15 to 49 seats: 20 percent discount on additional seats. 50 or more seats: 25 percent discount on additional seats.

These discounts apply automatically when you purchase seats in bulk. For example, if you buy 10 seats at once, you automatically receive the 15 percent discount.

The discounts are based on your total number of seats. So if you already have 8 seats and buy 2 more, you'll reach 10 total seats and qualify for the 15 percent discount tier.
