How to Update Payment Information
Since RatingFlow uses a one-time payment model, you typically won't need to update payment information. However, here's what you need to know about managing your billing details.
No Recurring Payments
RatingFlow does not store your credit card information for recurring billing because we don't have monthly subscriptions. Your payment is processed once when you purchase, then that's it. We don't keep your card on file or charge you again unless you choose to purchase additional business seats.
This means you don't need to worry about updating expired cards or managing auto-renewal settings. There's nothing to cancel or pause.
When You Might Need Payment Information
You'll only enter payment information when:
Making your initial purchase of RatingFlow. Buying additional business seats in the future. Each purchase is a separate transaction and you can use any payment method you want for each one.
Accessing Your Billing History
To view your past purchases and invoices:
Step 1: Log in to your RatingFlow dashboard.
Step 2: Click on your account name or profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select Billing or Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: You'll see a Purchase History or Billing History section listing all your transactions.
Each entry shows the date of purchase, what you bought, how much you paid, and the payment method used. You can download invoices as PDFs for your accounting records.
Downloading Invoices
To get a copy of your invoice:
Go to your Billing History in account settings. Find the transaction you need an invoice for. Click the Download Invoice or View Invoice button next to that purchase. The invoice will download as a PDF file.
This invoice includes all payment details, your account information, and serves as an official receipt. You can use it for tax purposes, expense reports, or accounting records.
Payment Methods Accepted
RatingFlow accepts:
All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards with credit card logos. Some digital payment methods depending on your location.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment information is handled entirely by our secure payment processor.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails when you try to purchase additional seats:
Check that you entered your card information correctly. Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit available. Verify the card hasn't expired. Try a different payment method. Contact your bank if the card should work but is being declined.
Since there are no recurring charges, a failed payment only affects that specific purchase attempt. Your existing account and business seats remain active regardless of payment issues with new purchases.
Updating Billing Address
Your billing address is used for invoices and payment verification. To update it:
Go to Account Settings or Billing. Look for Billing Information or Billing Address. Click Edit or Update. Enter your new address information. Click Save Changes.
This ensures future invoices have the correct address and helps prevent payment issues due to address verification mismatches.
Tax Information
Depending on your location, sales tax or VAT may be added to your purchase. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address.
Your invoice will show any applicable taxes separately from the base price. If you're a business in certain regions and have a valid tax exemption certificate, contact support before purchasing to discuss tax exemption options.
Refunds and Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need to request a refund:
Check your billing history to confirm the charge. Review our refund policy, which offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support with your account email and transaction details. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
We're committed to fair and transparent billing. If there's a legitimate issue with a charge, we'll work with you to resolve it.
Security and Privacy
Your payment security is our priority:
All payment pages use SSL encryption to protect your data. We comply with PCI DSS standards for payment security. We never store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by trusted, certified payment providers. Your billing information is private and never shared with third parties.
You can shop with confidence knowing your payment information is protected with industry-standard security measures.
