How to Add Multiple Businesses

Last updated: 1/31/2026

If you manage multiple locations or businesses, RatingFlow makes it easy to handle them all from one account. Here's how to add additional businesses.

Check Your Available Seats

Before adding a new business, make sure you have available seats. Your subscription includes 1 business seat by default. You can see how many seats you have available on your main dashboard or in the Billing section. It will show something like 'Seats Used: 1/6' which means you're using 1 out of 6 available seats.

Adding a New Business

Step 1: From any page in your dashboard, click the blue 'Add Business' button in the sidebar. This button is always visible no matter which section you're in.

Step 2: The Add New Business form will open. At the top, you'll see a reminder of how many seats you have remaining. For example: 'Set up your review funnel in a few steps (5 seats remaining)'.

Step 3: Search for your business using the search box, or enter your business details manually. Include your business name, Google Business Profile URL, and optionally create a custom URL slug.

Step 4: Click 'Create Business' to save. Your new business will be added to your account and will appear in the business selector dropdown.

Switching Between Businesses

Once you have multiple businesses, you can easily switch between them using the dropdown menu at the top of the sidebar. Click on the current business name, and a list of all your businesses will appear. Select the business you want to manage, and the entire dashboard will switch to show that business's data, reviews, and settings.

What If I Need More Seats?

If you've used all your available seats and need to add more businesses, you can purchase additional seats from the Billing page. Each additional business seat costs $47 (or your local pricing) as a one-time payment. Go to the Billing section, scroll to the pricing calculator, and select how many additional seats you need. The system will show you the total cost and apply any volume discounts automatically.

Managing Multiple Locations

Each business location should have its own separate entry in RatingFlow. For example, if you own three coffee shops in different cities, add each one as a separate business. This gives you individual review links, QR codes, and analytics for each location, making it easier to track performance and manage reviews for each specific location.
