How to Switch Between Multiple Businesses

If you manage multiple business locations with RatingFlow, you'll need to know how to easily switch between them. Here's how to navigate between your different businesses.

The Business Selector

At the top of the left sidebar, you'll see the business selector. This displays the name of the business you're currently viewing. If you only have one business, you'll just see that business name. If you have multiple businesses, you'll see a dropdown arrow next to the name.

How to Switch Businesses

Step 1: Click on the business name at the top of the sidebar. A dropdown menu will appear showing all your businesses.

Step 2: You'll see a list of all your active businesses with their names and logos (if you've uploaded them).

Step 3: Click on the business you want to view. The entire dashboard will immediately switch to show that business's information.

What Changes When You Switch

When you switch to a different business, all the information in your dashboard updates to show only that business's data:

Overview page shows that business's review count, average rating, and recent activity.

Analytics displays traffic and performance data for just that location.

Reviews section shows only reviews collected for that specific business.

QR Code generates codes specific to that business's review link.

Customize section shows that business's appearance and behavior settings.

Integrations displays connections for that specific location.

Quick Access from Main Dashboard

From your main account dashboard (accessible by clicking 'Dashboard' in the Account section of the sidebar), you can also switch to a specific business by clicking the 'Manage' button on any business card. This will take you directly to that business's Overview page.

Staying Organized

Tips for managing multiple businesses efficiently:

Give each business a clear, descriptive name so you can easily identify it in the dropdown. For example, use 'Main Street Cafe' instead of just 'Cafe'.

Upload a logo for each business. This makes it easier to visually identify which business you're viewing at a glance.

Check the business name at the top of the sidebar before making changes to settings or viewing analytics, to make sure you're working with the correct location.

Use the main dashboard to get a quick overview of all your businesses at once, then switch to individual businesses when you need detailed information or want to make specific changes.
