How to Edit Business Information

Last updated: 1/31/2026

Need to update your business name, Google Business URL, or other details? Here's how to edit your business information.

Accessing Business Settings

Step 1: Select the business you want to edit from the dropdown menu at the top of the sidebar. Make sure you're viewing the correct business before making changes.

Step 2: Click on 'Settings' in the sidebar. This is located near the bottom of the business-specific menu, just above the Account section.

Editing Basic Information

In the Settings page, you'll see editable fields for your business information. You can update:

Business Name: This is what appears on your review page and in your dashboard. If you've renamed your business or need to fix a typo, update it here.

Google Business URL: This is where customers are sent to leave public reviews. If you've updated your Google Business Profile or the URL has changed, paste the new URL here. Make sure it's the complete URL from Google Maps.

Custom URL Slug: You can change your review link's custom portion. Note that changing this will break any existing links or QR codes you've shared, so only change this if absolutely necessary.

Uploading or Changing Business Logo

If you want to add or change your business logo that appears on the review page, go to the Customize section and then click on the Appearance tab. Here you'll find the Business Image section where you can upload a new logo or change the existing one. Click 'Change' to upload a new image from your computer. The logo should be square (recommended 512x512 pixels) for best results.

Saving Your Changes

After making any changes, click the 'Save' or 'Save Changes' button at the top or bottom of the page. Your changes will take effect immediately. If customers visit your review page after you've saved, they'll see the updated information right away.

Important Notes

Always double-check your Google Business URL after updating it. An incorrect URL means customers won't be able to leave reviews on Google. Test your review link after making changes to ensure everything is working properly. If you change your custom URL slug, make sure to update any printed materials, QR codes, or links you've shared on social media or your website.
